PARKER DUOFOLD SENIOR 'STREAMLINED' Fountain Pen
Circa 1929. Colour: Executive black. Nib:
'Medium' to 'broad'.
Parker introduced the streamlined Duofold in
1929 – a stunningly handsome fountain pen.
The washer clip has "PAT Sep 5-16, PARKER" engraved on it and the
cap has twin medium gold bands. Trim is gold
filled. The imprint on the barrel reads: "Geo S Parker,
PARKER DUOFOLD, Made in
Canada”. Ink filling is by the button filler beneath
the blind cap on the barrel. The original nib reads:
"14K, PARKER, PEN". Solid gold 14 carat
'medium' to 'broad' nib. It also has a 'Christmas
Tree' ink feeder. Wonderful writer with a large
nib. Condition is excellent.
Length: 5"
- 6 1/8"
Geo Parker had a
wonderful philosophy: "Make things better for people
to buy".
