WYVERN No. 7C Fountain Pen
Circa 1948. Colour: Grey and black
hatch. Nib:
'Fine'.
A beautiful and rare fountain pen.
The gold clip has the attractive Art-Deco design and
the cap has three gold bands. The engraving on
the barrel reads: "WYVERN No 7C, WYVERN
PEN Co LONDON, Made in England". Trim is in rolled
gold. Ink filling is by the gold lever on the barrel.
The nib is 14 carat gold and writes with a 'fine'
line. The gold nib is engraved with: "WARRANTED,
14ct, 1st Quality". Condition is excellent - superb
pen. Writes very smoothly. Length: 5 1/8" -6 1/8".
The Queen gave her staff a Wyvern
fountain pen at Christmas.
